[AN] thus even if employees cv doesn't include much by taking such a test their current mindset and way of thinking will be acquired giving those who have a weak cv a chance to enter the business

[AN]thus, incase there is any exaggerated, understated or fraudulent information provided in the candidates CV's; through the test, the current and true skill set will be shown and acknowledged, further easing the decision of the employers

[AN]this would give a better understanding of their ability and allow for the most effective employment, this would also reduce risks of the business
