Entrepreneurship is the risk taker who takes risk to start the business and invest capital .Therefore infrastructure and energy shortage ie chronic issues with infrastructure incuding inadequate road networks unreliable power supply and limited access to technology and internet frequent energy shortage distrupt production and increase operational cost . thus infrastrusture deficts can lead impede business growth and expansion.

Skill and education gap this means that the employees in pakistan may lack in skills and education .Entrepreneur may find it challenging to find qualified employees and invest in the training thus the quality of education and tranning programs collapsed due to high cost

[KN] lack of knowledge and awareness
[AN] very few people are aware of the businesses in the market and the products they provide
[AN+] therefore, the people unaware stay loyal to the business they are currently buying from
[AN+] thus, the total revenue of the business is affected as it does not increase and the market share also does not grow

[KN] very few skilled and trained workers
[AN] very few of the recruited employees know what their task is and how to perform it effectively
[AN+] the rest of the staff requires training in order to provide them the specialization required for the tasks
[AN+] thus, it increases the training costs for the business resulting in increase in overall costs of the business which can reduce its profits

KN: A barrier for entrepreneurs would be insufficient finance
AN: Lack of investments will cause shortage in cash flow
AN+: Business cannot run operations without capital and production will be stopped
AN+: Customer demands will not be fulfilled and business will be led towards failure
KN: another barrier for an entrepreneur is not having a strategic business plan
AN: Objectives will not be defined
AN+: focus of the business will keep on deviating
AN+: Inconsistentcy and incompetency will cause businesses to fail

[KN]A newly created business will often experience competition from established businesses.
[AN]these businesses will have greater resources and market knowledge.
[AN+]the entrepreneur may therefore have to offer a more unusual product or better customer service to overcome the low cost advantages that bigger businesses usually have.

[KN]In an international labour organization survey of new business start-ups,most entrepreneurs said that lack of finance was the most difficult thing.
[AN]this was because of insufficient savings, many entrapreneurs have limited personal savings.
[AN+]no knowledge of the financial support and grants available.
[AN+]No trading record to present to banks as evidence of past business success.

KN: They have limited access to finance as startups may not get loans as return of money isnt garrunteed
AN: Causing entrepreneurs to not be able to start up their businesses that easily
AN+: even if they secure their finance the interest rates would be too high for the business to keep up with
AN+: hence they will not be able to pay interests causing them to not take finance as the risk is too high
KN: Lack of infrastructure in the country causing transport to be expensive and unreliable
AN: This is a barrier as a entreprenuer needs roads to travel around with their business ideas and it gets hard to travel around
AN+: as its also expensive so the costs will be high for the new start up to not be able to bear it
AN+: this will cause the business to fail due to not being able to pay their bills

KN: A barrier for entrepreneurs would be lack of investments in Pakistan
AN: Lack of investments will cause the business to have a negative cash flow and less financial stability
AN+: Because of less financial stability business will be unable to operate its operations
AN+: In this way customer demands can not be fulfilled leading towards the detoriation of the brand image of that business.
KN: Another barrier for an entrepreneur is not having a strategic business plan
AN: Objectives will not be defined and possible risks will not be analyzed
AN+: When business won't be aware of possible risks there will be a lot of uncertainity and business won't be resilient enough to face unexpected issues in the future
AN+: Because of this there will be a lot of wastages' done of time and resources and now the business will start having a negative cash flow

PS thanks Haniya! ;)

[KN] In Pakistan, business entrepreneurs may experience shortage of finance. [AN] This means that they may not have sufficient cash inflows to help them run daily business operations. [AN+] This may negatively impact their business as they may become unable to pay off their debts and soon be forced to sale assets to pay back if they become illiquid. [AN+] Furthermore, not having sufficient sources of finance may also limit expansion and increase the costs if business is not able to purchase the required machinery for production on mass scale. This may reduce efficiency and incur waste of time and resources.
[KN] Business entrepreneurs may also face problems regarding lack of business opportunities. [AN] This means that in order to be successful, identifying new opportunities is essential as offering same goods and services as others in the market may not lead to great success. [AN+] This problem reduces the creativity of entrepreneurs and makes it difficult to be innovative. Therefore, being able to distinguish the business from competitors becomes difficult, limiting business potential. [AN+] Furthermore, not being able to find a unique business opportunity may also reduce ant chances of building close relations with customers and they are more likely to come back to business that have a unique selling point, and identify and satisfy customer needs and wants.

[KN]Limited access to finance.
[AN]Even when they get a loan from a bank they need to face high interest rates.
[AN+] This can be a huge burden to small and medium-sized businesses.
[AN+]Because of bad financial stability in the business, it will not be able to run its operations effectively.

[KN]Pakistan also experiences Infrastructure problems and energy challenges.
[AN]Entrepreneurs will often need to invest in backup power resources which will increase the operational costs. Insufficient infrastructure, such as transport and logistic facilities can also be a major barrier.
[AN+] This can lead to inefficiencies in the supply chain.
[AN+]Resulting in reduced product quality thus, the consumer base will also deteriorate.
