[KN] Internal is done from within the business whereas external is done by following advertisement & selection process.
[AN] When a business chooses to fill a position internally, it usually indicates that they want to promote or transfer current workers to the open role. When a business chooses to bring in an outside candidate to fill a specific position, it may post a job announcement on its website, invite applications from applicants who are not already working there, and then choose the best applicant through an external selection procedure.
[AN+] Both internal and external strategies have benefits, and the best one to use depends on the particular objectives and demands of the company at that particular moment.

[KN] Internal recruitment is done when job is strategic in nature, or an element of loyalty is more important than any other trait (R & D department).
[AN] When a position is strategic in nature or when loyalty is more vital than any other quality, internal hiring is done (R & D department). It becomes imperative to have loyalty, particularly in critical roles. Long-term firm employees frequently exhibit a high sense of dedication, loyalty, and alignment with the organization's vision and values.
[AN+] Loyalty, internal knowledge, and cultural fit are prioritized, which facilitates the smooth integration of personnel in line with the long-term strategic objectives of the business.

[KN] Internal is done from within the business whereas external is done by following advertisement & selection process.
[AN] Internal recruitment happens inside the company, looking at current employees for job openings through promotions, transfers, or lateral moves.
[AN+] External recruitment is about looking outside the company by advertising job openings to get candidates from the external job market. Then, a selection process is used to see if they're a good fit for the roles.

[KN] Internal recruitment is done when job is strategic in nature, or an element of loyalty is more important than any other trait (R & D department).
[AN] Internal hiring is preferred for important roles like Research and Development, where current employees know the company well and have the needed expertise, promoting continuity and using internal knowledge.
[AN+] External hiring is chosen when looking for new ideas, different skills, or special knowledge not already in the company, especially in fields like Research and Development that value innovation and varied experiences.
