[AN] thus jd helps attract potential candidates by providing them with an understanding of what the job expects from them while js helps outline the eligible criteria needed for the job
[AN+] therefore jd helps to make sure that employees understand their roles and responsibilities and how the business works while js helps employees ensure that they are the right people in the right position.
[KN] JS helps in selection process (during hiring) whereas JD helps in accountability of employees after being hired.
[AN] during hiring the business will know exactly who fulfils their business needs by looking through every candidate's skillset while jd will help make sure that employee does all its tasks properly as he knew he would have to do such tasks before hiring
[AN+] thus in js will increase productivity as employee will be efficient in the tasks because his skills match the job requirement while in jd when employee is hired, he will be more driven to complete his duties as he signed up for them.

[AN]JD gives the employee an outline of how his work will be

[AN] a job description is the material a person views to determine if he is qualified for the position. A job specification contains all of the abilities that the candidate must have in order to get hired
[AN+] the worker can know exactly what he is getting himself into, and the company can see how competent the individual is

[KN] JD is about listing the duties & responsibilities of an employee whereas JS is about identifying the skillset of an employee[an] jd identifies the tasks to be undergone by the worker and gives them a basic idea of it yet js tells the employee exactly what is required to employee for the job [an+] this helps give workers an outline of their jobs and hence those workers are hired who are willing to handle the work
