(kn)Advertising & collection of CVs in recruitment, whereas shortlisting & interviewing in selection.
(an) CV can be sent by everyone who has the relevant education however shortlisting and interview is of people who have fit into certain positions
(an+) as their are chances of getting seated this boosts your confidence whereas shortlisting and interviewing cuts down time to hire and leads you to the best possible person
(kn)recruitment use advertisement agencies to communicate whereas selection is done through assessment centres
(an) agencies usually draw out many people and selection and assessment centre tests them about their abilities
(an+) agencies might find people who are willing to work on low wages whereas when people are tested about their abilities it makes it easier for firms to identify how much training they need

[KN] Advertising & collection of CVs in recruitment, whereas shortlisting & interviewing in selection.
[AN] Recruitment involves promoting jobs and collecting resumes from potential candidates. The goal is to spread the word and attract a diverse group of applicants.
[AN+] Selecting candidates involves looking at resumes, choosing people based on specific criteria, and doing thorough assessments to find the best fit for a job.

[KN] Recruitments use advertising agencies to communicate whereas selection is done through assessment center's.
[AN] In hiring, many companies use advertising agencies to create and share attractive job ads widely, aiming to reach more people and attract potential candidates.
[AN+] In hiring, assessment centers are often used to thoroughly evaluate candidates' skills and suitability for specific roles through various tests and simulations.

(KN) Advertising & collection of CVs in recruitment, whereas shortlisting & interviewing in selection.
(AN) this allows them to find multiple possible employees in case of recruitment, whereas it allows them to find the best capable for the job in selection.
(AN+) this would hence help in using the best training method according to their criteria for them.

(KN) Recruitments use advertising agencies to communicate whereas selection is done through assessment centres.
(AN) this allows recruitment to be done from a larger scale of pool of workers, whereas selection is done in small scale of workers who are capable,
(AN+) hence, this reduces time consumption and wastage and ensures the best employees are chosen

[KN] Recruitments use advertising agencies to communicate whereas selection is done through assessment centers.
[AN] there may not be enough information provided when recruiting where as in selection any information can be received

[KN] Advertising & collection of CVs in recruitment, whereas shortlisting & interviewing in selection.
[AN] Thus business aims to find a suitable employee in recruitment process while a suitable employee is selected in selection process.
[AN+] Thus both leads to increase in the workforce.

[KN] Recruitments use advertising agencies to communicate whereas selection is done through assessment centres.
[AN] Thus through this all effective employees who can be selected are viewed however in assessment centres the workers ability to perform tasks can also be noticed which is a plus point.
[AN+] Thus recruiting includes playing with more toys but selection means sticking to one only.
