KN: In democratic magenent system feedback is taken from employees whereas in L.F it is not.
AN: when feedback is taken from employees in democratic management there is better employee motivation as they feel like an important part of the organization conpared to L.F in which enployess are always confused on what to do and basically oppressed.
AN+:Because of which there is less laour tuenover in democratic system compared to L.F system of management.

kn: in a democratic leadership style, decisions are made with input from employees, while in a laissez-faire leadership style, employees are allowed to make decisions on their own.
an: democratic leadership style improves job satisfaction as employees feel that their opinion is valued

KN: in democaractic leadership decisions are made by the employees feedback whereas in laissez-faire leadership the decisions are made by the employees
AN: democratic leadership increases employees morale whereas laissez-faire leadership incourges innovation and creativity

[KN] Democratic leadership style mens full involvement of employees as they are given information, while laissez faire style establishes limits for staff to work within. [AN] This proves that there is a higher degree of authority in democratic style and only a certain degree in laissez faire even through they are left to organise their own work. [AN+] As a result, it may be concluded that the democratic style allows for higher motivation levels amongst employees while the laissez faire style leads to loss of security as there is a lack of structure and direction.

[KN]:democratic leadership style requires feedback from the employees while laissiez-faire leadership style sets targets for the employees to be creative with their tasks
[AN]: feedback provides better ideas for production and innovation of the products, while laissize-faire method gives a chance for the employees to be creative with their tasks
[AN+]: hence, the democratic leadership style sustains the quality of the product while laissize-faire leadership style fulfills the esteem needs of the employees and lowers the rate of labour turnover

kn: In democratic style feedback is taken from employees whereas in laissez-faire style you give targets to employees and its in them to complete.
an: more satisfied employees, more responsibility.
an+: low labour turnover, productivity will increase.

[KN]: Democratic leadership empowers and supports staff, allowing employees to have a more participative role in the decision making process. Laissez-Faire leadership does not engage in decision making but instead gives a degree of power to employees.
[AN]: in democratic leadership employees give feedback about decisions made by the management whereas laissez-faire leadership allows employees to be creative in decision making
[AN+]: democratic leadership allows employees to change the decision for themselves whereas laissez-faire creates employee satisfaction

[KN] IN democratic leadership the employee is given the permission to make the decisions and feedback is taken from them whereas in
LAISSEZ-FAIRE leadership employee's input is not required , they are given the task/goals which they have to complete weather they like
it or not
[AN] Democratic leadership allows the employees to make decisions which may make the employee feel important whereas LAISSEZ-FAIRE
leadership focuses on the creativity of the employee
[AN+] It helps in decrease the labour turnover

[KN] Democratic leaders let employees partake in decisions through communication and feedback where as in laissez-faire leadership tasks are assigned to employees and they are given full control over how to achieve their goals
[AN] Democratic leaders, although take feedback, still direct and supervise the employees where as no direction is given to employees in laissezfaire leadership which may cause confusion and misunderstanding
[AN+] Employees feel seen by the Democratic management and a sense of productivity gets established when feedback is taken along with direction from the management whereas in laissezfaire management is only preferable in research centres as employees in other organisations might get demotivated from lack of structure and feedback

Kn: Democratic leadership style refers to employee contributing in the decision making process on the other hand in laissez faire tasks are assigned to workers and they are given full authority over how they want to achieve it
An: in Democratic leadership style feedbacks are exchanged and in laissez faire employees compete with each other leading to conflicts
An+ in Democratic the work environment is more positive and collaborative and in laissez faire because of difference of opinions disagreements are caused
