[AN] Due to advocation of improved living standards, employees get to enjoy job security and tend to experience a healthier and safe working environment.
[AN+] Thus this is a cherry on the top as it further contributes to well being of employees , hence increases their confidence and potential to work.

[KN] Get to enjoy better salaries and benefits.
[AN] Negotiations based on increasing salaries, wages etc will improve the living standard of employees hence will further increase employee morale.
[AN+] Thus this would result in increase in efficiency and overall productivity.
