[KN] In times of recession /COVID, the employee who was targeting self-esteem may now start focusing more on job safety rather than socializing /self-actualization.
[AN] Since, there won't be alternate jobs available in the market, the employee would be pushed to develop strong relations with the employer /manager.
[AN+] The employer/manager may give some challenging tasks to the employee, if processed accurately will increase the chances of promotions in the future.

[KN]: developing trusts and friendships within the organization
[AN]: group works and effective communication with the employees
[AN+]: it makes the employees feel recognized as they are considered a part in the matters of the business

[KN]: recognition and respect by other employees and employers
[AN]: letters of recognition and promotion opportunities for the employees' hard work
[AN+]: it would encourage other employees to work hard so they can avail these opportunities as well

[KN] Interacting with colleagues and working with them. [AN] This means that employees may feel encouraged to work harder due to being able to communicate and interact with others around them as this may eliminate the monotonous factor. [AN+] Businesses may meet these needs by introducing opportunities to work as a team and providing team projects such as complete units of production, this may be achieved though the job enrichment.

[KN] Recognition for achievement. [AN] This means that employees that may have achievement their goal, being recognized by managers for that work may feel more encouraged and motivated as the recognition may boost their self esteem [AN+] Managers may try to increase opportunities of such recognition by providing performance related pay as this may make the employee who worked hard feel appreciated for their work.

Kn: a sense of belonging and brotherhood within the organization
An: in a workplace social needs can be met by working in teams , interacting with workers
An+: employees will feel a sense of recognition which motivates them to achieve their goals

Kn: esteem needs include acknowledgement by employers and giving a positive feedback
An: self esteem of employees can be boosted by bonuses, appreciation letters , having them lead projects
An+ this makes them even more committed to the job as they may feel valued and appreciated

kN: Social needs in the workplace consist of interactions among employees and with managers
AN: Managers can assign employees to work in teams rather than alone.
AN+: teamwork will help improve relationships among the employees as well as improve productivity and performance because people with different ideas and skillsets can work towards a common goal

KN: Esteem needs are the employees need for recognition and acknowledgement of their work
AN: It can be done by business verbally or through letters of recognition. Appraisals on the basis of work done can also be put in place.
AN+: employees will feel seen and awarded for the hard work they do and will strive to work harder in the future for that same acknowledgment

an: businesses can help employees achieve this by making them work in teams or groups and ensuring good communication to make them feel involved.
an+: if employees' social needs are fulfilled, they will be more engaged in their work, resulting in higher productivity.

kn: esteem needs refer to receiving respect from others and recognition of achievement.
an: businesses can meet this need by providing letters of appreciation, giving the employee more responsibilities, etc.
an+: if employees have high self-esteem, they will be more motivated, leading to higher productivity

[AN] businesses can do this by giving task in groups.
[AN+] if employee social needs are fulfilled he will be more motivated to do his work

[KN] giving employee acknowledgement of their work.
[AN] by giving promotion on doing good work/or providing letter of appreciation

KN: Social Interaction improves communication between employees which helsp in building an undestanding about eachother in thhe business
AN: Can be done by making employees work in teams
AN+: When they work in teams they work more cost-effectively and efficiently☕ reducing costs of business!

KN:Esteem needs helps in making employees feel like an important part of the organization

[KN]Social needs include belongingness, communication between employees, and personal relationships.
[AN]Businesses can encourage teamwork and collaborative projects in the workplace. They should also organize social events, team-building activities, etc to fulfill the social needs of the employees.
[AN+]When the employees work in groups and build positive relationships with their colleagues, they satisfy their needs of social interactions and belongingness.

[KN]Esteem needs are about the desire for self-respect and the respect of others. This includes the need for recognition, achievement, status, and appreciation.
[AN]Businesses should acknowledge and appreciate employees for their contributions and achievements. They can also offer career advancement and promotions to satisfy their needs.

[kn] social needs of a worker consist of the fulfilment of the need for socialization, good relations with each other and managers
[An] This can be done by giving tasks to workers to collaborate as teams.
[An+] This would result in better relations within the workforce of the business leading to fewer conflicts between each other, and thus, a low labour turnover.

[Kn] Esteem needs can be defined as a sense of recognition, appraisal letters etc.

[AN]: assigning tasks in teams
[AN+]: relationship between employees and managers will increase , which will create a good work environment , which will lead towards increase in productivity and innovation .
