[AN+] This can lead to job dissatisfaction and motivate employees to explore other organizations worsening the brand image

[AN] Excessive workload, long hours, or a lack of flexibility in work arrangements can contribute to higher turnover.
[AN+] many employees may decide to leave their jobs in search of positions that offer a better equilibrium between their professional and personal lives.

[KN]lack of career devlopment opportunities
[AN]this makes workers less inclined to stay at a business as he sees no real incentive and thus leave
[AN+]this ruins the companies brand image as workers resigning is a bad look

[KN]lack of benefits
[AN]some workers may think their qualification is too high for their salary/overall benefits which whcih causes workers to leave
[AN+]this provides businesses with another problem as they will have to spend on hiring a new worker which costs them time and efforts aswell as disturbance in the production process

[kn]Ineffective Leadership and Poor Management[an]if there is a lack of clear communication from leadership like Unclear expectations or insufficient feedback the employees wouldnt prefer to stay [an+] this will lead to frustration and discontent which may even cause industrial action to take place

[kn] could be because of lack of job satisfaction
[AN]whenemployees are unhappy they are likely to leave their job and this could be because of heavy load of work and unmanageable stress and limited opportunities
[AN+]thus employees may feel un appreciated and undervalued.

[KN]because of inadequate compensation and benefits
AN]if emploees fel they are not fairly compensated b their work or that their benefit package is not competitive so the might seek better paying opportunities else where
[AN+]so business should address their benefit packages to keep up for competition

[AN] Unemployment benefits are those which the government provides to the unemployed to cover the necessities
[AN+] So the unemployment benefits are higher than the income of the employee they would leave work to enjoy unemployment benefits

[KN] Extra burden of work
[AN] Excessive work is taken paid less
[AN+] This would create a sense of being used by the worker

Overwork
When team members are required or feel obligated to work long hours or overtime, they may experience mental and physical fatigue this can lead to reduced productivity and increased dissatisfaction


Lack of team member recognition
This refers to little to no celebration of team members' achievements or hard work which can lead to team members feeling underappreciated.

[an] the employee may not get the proper idea of what exactly the tsk is that he must fulfil which creates a feeling of discommunication as he worker doesn't receive proper information
[an+] leading to demotivated worker as he feels that he will not be able to perform better or how his hard work if the task isn't specified properly leading to employee turnover
[kn] lack of proper appraisal system
[an] the worker may feel that his hard work is not being noticed or they may feel left out as their work isn't appreciated in anyway
[n+] since their hard work isn't noticed they don't feel the need to tire themselves leading to demotivation and thus an employee turnover

[AN] when a business is shifting to a more capital intensive production, it may need fewer workers and so it may lay off a few workers.
[AN] hence, the labour turnover may increase for the time being.

[AN] bad publicity of a business can considerably ruin its brand image, and workers would not want to be associated with such a bsuiness.
[AN] as a result, they may start leaving their jobs to work for a well reputed firm so as to maintain their personal reputation.

[AN] Employees may be encouraged to leave the organization if they r not recognized or cant be appreciated by the business, hence resulting in decreased employee morale.
[AN+] This is likely to increase likelihood of turnovers and reduce overall performance of the organization.

[KN] No job safety/Lack of job safety.
[AN] If the employees feel unsafe or fear that any practice might endanger their health are likely to leave the business which will lead to decreased productivity.
[AN+] Thus this may result in overall reduction in employee engagement as well increase in turnovers.
