[AN] When we talk, there's no written record, so it's hard to remember all the details correctly.
[AN+] When things aren't written down, it's easier to forget stuff, get confused, and have a hard time making sure everyone does what they're supposed to do.

[AN] Body language and changes in how you say things can make others not understand you correctly.
[AN+] When you can't see or read cues, it's more likely that things might be unclear. You have to work harder to make sure everyone understands each other and agrees.

[AN] When giving out verbal information the sender is unable to know if the listener is focused
[AN+] Increasing doubts and mistakes

[KN] Unable to recall message
[AN] If the listener forgets any information they wont be able to go back and recheck
[AN+] Increasing errors and potentially damaging brand image
