[KN] One-way communication is a type of communication in which a message is sent from one person or entity to another without the opportunity for feedback or response while two-way communication is a type of communication in which there is a back-and-forth exchange of messages between two or more people or entities.
[AN] One-way communication is often used for disseminating information, such as in news broadcasts, lectures, or advertisements while Two-way communication allows for feedback and clarification, which can help to ensure that the message is understood correctly.

[KN] two-way communication is considered to be more effective than one-way communication because it allows for a better understanding of the message. However, one-way communication can be useful in situations where speed and efficiency are more important.
[AN] two-way communication is better because it is more likely to lead to a mutual understanding while in one way communication only 1 person is only involved

[k] in one way communication information flows from sender to reciever without any fedback or response from the reciever
[an]the feedback is eithger abscent or minimal as the primary focus is on delivering the message
[kn] two way communication involves an interqactive change of communication between the sender and reciever allowing for feedback an response
[an]both sender and reciever play active role in it this include face to face conversation and telephone calls also enavbles questions and dynamic change of ideas

[KN] Feedback
[AN] In one way communication, there's no direct way for the sender to know how well it was received because there's no feedback from the person getting the message While in two way communication it includes a back-and-forth exchange, allowing for feedback and making communication more interactive and responsive.
:ugeek:
[KN] Dynamic interaction
[AN] In one way communication This means talking to each other and giving feedback, so the conversation is more lively and responsive. On the other hand two way communication Encourages lively communication where both the person sending the message and the one receiving it can actively participate, share their thoughts, and reply, leading to a more meaningful exchange of ideas.

[KN] feedback is required or not
[AN] In two way communication the business makes sure to collect feedback from the employees about their satisfaction but in one way only instructions are given with no required feedback

[KN] mod of communications are different as the business does not require any feedback or not
[AN] in the business is using two-way communication they would ask for feedback and use that medium which can give feedback but when one way communication is used they would use a medium which does give the option of feedback

[KN] One way communication involves only giving instructions or important information
[AN] It does not require feedback or acknowledgment of the receiver

[KN] Two way commination involves direct interaction with receiver and feedback
[AN] The message delivered needs the feedback of the receiver and their thoughts about it

[KN] in one way communication most of the times feedbacks are not required while for two way feedback or response is important
[AN] one way communication lacks interaction while two way communication enables interaction between parties fostering a more engaged form of communication
[KN]one way is mostly speeches or announcements while two way is the calls or video conferences
[AN] speeches are more vague while calls are targeted towards only specific people

[KN]one way comm doesnt receive feedback whereas two way does
[AN]this allows for effective communication and improved understanding where questions are answered

[KN]one way communication is done by the higher ups while conveying a message to people below them whereas twi way is done by people mostly equal to each other
[AN]this is because the higherups are busier and dont have enough time to communicate
