[KN] Achievement motivated people seek to reach realistic and challenging goals and job advancement. [AN] This means that such people feel encouraged to work hard due to challenges and trying new tasks, as McClelland considered this people to be the most successful. [AN+] Achievement motivation requires job enrichment in order to add challenges and tasks that require greater skills. [AN+] This grows the feeling of success in achievement driven people as they are able to encounter such responsibilities leading them to feel more encouraged than before. [AN+] Achievement motivation continuously requires the need to be recognized for achievement. This itself brings out the spirit to work harder, as being recognized for hard work increases self satisfaction and esteem.
