[Def] Tests taken to verify the skillset of an employee related to person's capability to learn & apply new information and skills rather than measuring their existing knowledge.
[KN] Such tests may include questions related to logical reasoning and scenario planning where the candidate's ability to analyse and evaluate the current skill is tested.
[AN]helping to measure the employees skill set and loyalty towards the business and to judge on their history with other companies

[Def] Tests taken to verify the skillset of an employee related to person's capability to learn & apply new information and skills rather than measuring their existing knowledge.
[KN] Such tests may include questions related to logical reasoning and scenario planning where the candidate's ability to analyze and evaluate the current skill is tested.
[AN] This is an easy way to measure the productivity of employees and if he is capable of job or not.
