[KN] According to Maslow's hierarchy of needs, social needs are a subset of psychological and emotional needs that are related to a person's need for relationships, social interaction, and belonging.
[AN] Strong social bonds are frequently formed between coworkers when employees are deeply invested in their work. Improved job satisfaction and performance can result from this sense of community and shared purpose, which satisfies social needs.
[AN+] Meeting social needs within the company can boost morale, increase teamwork, and reduce attrition. Employees are more likely to be motivated and effective when they have a sense of belonging.

[KN] Abraham Maslow's hierarchy of needs, a psychological theory that outlines the five stages of human needs, includes esteem needs. The fourth level of the hierarchy is esteem needs.
[AN] Assisting workers in developing their competence and expertise and providing opportunities for growth in both their professional and personal lives, such as development and training courses, satisfies employees' needs for respect.
[AN+] Meeting esteem needs can result in increased motivation, contentment, and retention of staff members. Workers are likely to be dedicated to their work and make a positive contribution to the company if they feel appreciated and acknowledged. They might also start to think outside the box and be more open to trying new things.

[KN]employee recognition and respect and by giving them attention.
[AN]thus this can be done with in the company by providing awards and appreciation letters .
[AN+]thus increase the brand image of the company and there will be less employee take over.

[KN] social needs can consist of a healthy work environemtn with welcoming colleges
[AN] this improves their job satisfaction
[AN+]thus would retain more employees and save businesses the cost of changing workers

[KN] esteem needs are an emotional thing and can be fulfilled by recognition of work
[AN] this would make workers more proud of their work and give them an incentive to work harder
[AN+] this would increase output for the business as it creates healthy competition between workers to improve

[an] as workers will be forced to work with each other on the task given they will have to communicate properly in order to get their messages clear
[an+] thus helping hem improve their communication and interaction skills helping them gain confidence which decreases their social anxiety and thus improves work quality

[AN]: When workers would work in teams it would creat a friendly a environment for them and improve the internal communication of the business
[AN]: It would increase their efficiency and total cost helping the business earn higher profits

[KN]Social needs include the need for affection, care, belongingness, friendship etc.
[AN] The business can arrange activities in teams which will encourage bonding among the employees and hence trust will be developed.
[AN+] This will result in higher productivity which will encourage sales too.


[KN] Esteem Needs refer to self-esteem, self-confidence, achievement, recognition etc.
[AN] The business can give regular feedback and recognition to employees which develops a sense of accomplishment among them.
[AN+] Thus this decrease turnovers by employees and hence leads to improved job satisfaction and performance.
